Refund Policy

1. Guarantee of Satisfaction

Lowcases offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality, freshness, or condition of any product in your order, we will provide a refund or credit at our discretion.

This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription deliveries.

2. Reasons for Refund

You may be entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • Quality Issues: Products that are damaged, defective, or otherwise do not meet our quality standards at the time of delivery
  • Missing Products: Products that were included in your payment but not included in your delivery
  • Incorrect Products: Products that were delivered but differ from what you ordered
  • Late Delivery: Deliveries that arrive significantly later than the planned delivery window, resulting in product damage
  • General Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason

3. Refund Application Submission Terms

To be entitled to a refund, you must notify us about the issue within:

  • 14 days from the delivery date if the reason for refund is a factory defect, quality issues, missing products, or incorrect products
  • 30 days from the delivery date if the product did not suit you for other reasons

We strongly recommend checking your order as soon as possible after delivery to ensure timely notification of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 2-3 working days after receiving your request.

For products with serious defects, we may ask you to return the product before processing the refund. If a refund is required, we will provide instructions and may cover the return costs depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are usually processed via the same method you used for payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Processing may take 5-10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Bank Transfer: If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be processed to the same bank account.
  • Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credits may include an additional bonus amount as compensation for inconvenience.

6. Special Circumstances

  • Repeat refund requests from the same customer, which may indicate misuse of our refund policy.
  • Products with signs of use or wear that exceed what is necessary for product evaluation.
